Cross-chain communication protocol pioneer, LayerZero, has unveiled a groundbreaking “gas abstraction” tool aimed at streamlining cross-chain NFT swaps. What sets it apart is that it’s not a service; it’s an entirely open-sourced, protocol-based solution. “When designing a game, the seamless transfer of gaming assets and currency across various blockchain networks, or the delivery of a user experience that transcends specific chains, is imperative,” she stated. “Nearly every NFT creator and gaming studio is currently contemplating interoperability as a central aspect of their development strategy.”
