In a strategic pivot that has intrigued the blockchain gaming community, the anime-inspired RPG Kaidro has transitioned to the Ronin network, signalling a major shift in its developmental journey. Originally planned for launch on an Immutable network, Kaidro’s shift to Ronin in February came as a surprise to many but was a decision fueled by a series of strategic realignments and partnerships within the blockchain space.

The move was first hinted at when Kaidro conducted a highly successful free mint in March, which saw nearly 350,000 NFTs claimed by Ronin wallets. This momentum continued with their first premium mint on Ronin, selling out 9,999 Spark Suit NFTs in a flash—2,400 of which were snapped up in a mere 10 seconds during a public sale, amassing $2 million and catapulting Kaidro to become the third most-traded collection on the Mavis Market.
